Eddray has a Master's Degree in Nursing, is a certified John Maxwell Team Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer, and she's an avid bodybuilder. She lives in South Mississippi with her husband & sweet cats, and she is a mom of two amazing young men. Eddray loves to travel, learn & try new things, and she is a passionate leader following God's call on her life to encourage & empower women of all ages to become the best version of themselves!
Morgan has her Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and is actively pursuing competitive powerlifting. She, too, lives in South Mississippi with her husband, son, and two Australian cattle dogs. She is an avid reader, hockey fan, and enjoys traveling, the mountains, and aspires to explore more national parks.
Weight lifting is her daily passion and she is dedicated to the journey of learning and growth in life and the gym.

Healthy Habits
Often at the start of a new year, many of us make plans/set goals for various areas of our lives we want to improve. Among them are health and fitness (usually at the top of the list), however, after a couple months in, the fire we had going into the year sometimes fizzles out. Join Morgan and me as we give you ideas or building blocks, if you will, that will help you take smaller more manageable steps to developing healthier habits. Taking smaller steps can help you develop long term success in achieving your health and fitness goals!
