Self-talk....why does it matter?
Join Morgan and me as we discuss battling and conquering negative self-talk. Our inner dialogue impacts how we walk out our days, so we think it is vital to speak words of truth and positivity to ourselves! We will share practical ideas on flipping negative thinking into positives. This doesn't mean that we won't experience negative circumstances, however, we can direct our thoughts in way that doesn't allow circumstances to steal our joy.
For those interested, here are a few bible scriptures related to thoughts:
Philippians 4:8; Ephesians 1:4-5; John 1:12; Romans 8:1-11 and 14-17; Isaiah 26:3; Romans 12:2; Colossians 3:2; Hebrews 12:1-2; Proverbs 23:7
